I love getting respectful e-mails from customers. If you’re a customer (you’ve spent money on my content) & have a favorite clip or just want to say hello, feel free to message me. I love hearing from you.

If you found me on a tube site, please don’t message me until you’ve purchased content. I use tube sites to advertise, with the hope that you’ll enjoy what you see & purchase some of my scenes. Watching free content does not entitle you to my time. If you are interested in ordering a PAID custom clip, fill out this form: (custom clip) and I will respond to your request (if it’s within my listed limits).

Before you message me…

#1: My name is Lady Fyre, as in “fire”, not “fry” as in the fried potato. Weirdly enough, I don’t even like french fries. So please spell it right.

#2: I no longer offer in person meetings. Thank you for your understanding and for not contacting me about this.

#3: Talent: I do not shoot content with ANY other performers, nor am I open to suggestions as to who I should hire. If you email me about those things, you will not receive a response. If you’re a member on my website houseofyre .com, you are welcome to use the messaging system to request performers and my team will read the messages. If you are a paying member, they will respond.

#4: You’re welcome to request (unpaid) that I make more of a certain type of clip, but please keep in mind that I have my content filmed ahead 6 months, so even if I do make your content, you probably won’t see it for a while. Also keep in mind that I film what I enjoy & I film what sells. If you’re not seeing much of your favorites in my store, it’s because I don’t enjoy filming it and/or it doesn’t sell. 95% of the content I film is custom clips, and I rarely have time to film unpaid requests.

“Why Won’t You Reply to My E-mails?”
1. If you’ve e-mailed me & I haven’t replied, it’s possible your message was marked as spam. Try re-sending the message without using all caps, and remove all photos/attachments.
2. If you messaged me to ask a question easily answered on my website, I will not reply. If you just messaged me to say “hi” I see no reason to reply. I do have an auto reply on my email. Please read it.
3. Wait for a response. It can take up to a week for me to get through all of the messages in my inbox. If you wrote to inquire about a custom clip, send me a polite reminder in a week. Also, be sure to check my custom clip page for my limits. If you’ve asked me to do a clip which is outside of my limits, I have deleted the request without responding.
