  • The most common reason why a member cannot view scenes is because they're using the wrong account. You may have signed up for an account at an earlier date, forgotten about it, then signed up for a second account. Make sure you're signing into the account on which you made purchases. If you're sure you're using the right account & still can't view or download scenes, click here to contact technical customer service.. Also possible is a slight time DELAY between the payment processor and this site. That means it might take a few minutes for your purchase to be available. This is rare but it does happen. Please be patient and try your purchase again in a few minutes. If you're SURE you purchased the scene and you're sure you're on the right account but you still can't see your purchase, click here to contact technical customer service. Please do not contact Segpay for technical issues unrelated to billing. Please note that if you're a Playstation user, you may not be able to use that system to view scenes & will need to use your computer, phone or tablet instead.
  • Make sure you are using the correct username and password combination to log in. Make sure you use your username to login and not your email address. Check the sign up/purchase confirmation email you received after signing up if you don't remember your username. If you can’t find the email, try checking your email account's spam folder. Your username may also be temporarily locked out if your password was shared or compromised or too many login attempts were made from different locations or IP addresses within a certain timeframe.   • In order to retrieve or reset your password, please visit the site you originally signed up on, click the members or login link and then click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You will be asked to provide the email address you used to sign up to the site. Your password will be e-mailed back to you.   • While watching a movie, on the bottom right of the video player you'll see a black button that says "Download". Click it and you'll see a video format show up above the button. Right click the video format and select "Save as" or "Save link as" and choose the location of where you want to save the file. If you keep getting booted while trying to download, turn off any "downloader" browser extensions or programs used for downloading. Those are not allowed. If you are using a mobile device, you will have to download the 480p version. If you want to view a higher resolution format, you must do it on a desktop computer.   • If you are using a mobile device to stream or download, you MUST choose the 480p option for either streaming or download. We do not recommend that you attempt to stream or download any video in a resolution higher than 480p on a mobile device. If you are using Playstation or Apple TV Air Play, you must download scenes via a desktop web browser and transfer the scenes from there to your device in order to play them. You cannot stream or download on Playstation, Apple TV, or similar devices, as the browser on these devices doesn't communicate well with content behind paywalls. There are many possible causes of poor video playback. HD and higher quality videos require a faster than average internet connection and computer processor. If you have a slow connection, are using public or shared Wi-Fi, a cellular data connection, or older computer, you may experience problems. If you are experiencing poor playback you may try one of the following possible solutions:

    1) Unplug or turn off other devices using Wi-Fi or system resources and disable or turn off other open computer programs and apps, automatic data backup processes, virus protection and ad blockers that may interfere with HD video playback.

    2) Stop any other active downloads of system updates or files you may be downloading in the background.

    3) Try restarting your computer or device.

    4) Try a different device, if one is available to help you identify whether the problem is your device or your internet connection. 5) Try closing other browser windows or tabs you have opened.

    6) Try a different browser and see if that helps. We recommend the latest versions of browsers Google Chrome, Firefox If none of these solutions work, click here to contact technical customer service. Please do not contact Segpay for technical issues unrelated to billing.

  • You cannot watch scenes on your Playstation. While you might be able to watch trailers, Playstation does not usually allow for viewing scenes behind a paywall, where you have to put in a username and password. You will need to view scenes on your computer, phone, or tablet. If you insist on using your Playstation, you will need to download your scenes to your computer then transfer the files to your Playstation in order to view them. If this is an issue for you, please do not sign up for a membership or purchase scenes.
  • Billing Questions

  • Our payment processing company is Sepay. They are located in the US. On your credit card statements: SEGPAY.COM*Andomark If you want to cancel, you need to cancel through Segpay. https://cs.segpay.com/ I CANNOT cancel your membership for you because I do not have access to your payment information. This is for YOUR protection.
  • At this time, we only allow payment through credit card.
  • Monthly memberships are charged once when you first sign up and again every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.

    Three month memberships are charged once when you first sign up and again every 90 days thereafter until cancelled.

    If you do not intend to renew, cancel your membership but do not do a chargeback. If you do a chargeback, you will be banned from my sites & possibly from every site using this payment processor, regardless of how many months you were a member. Chargebacks cost us $25 plus the cost of your membership and they damage our reputation with the processor. We expect adults to take responsibility for keeping track of their own purchases.

  • HOUSE OF FYRE: Total scenes uploaded may vary from month to month. As a member, you can access and download the scenes that are CURRENTLY LISTED and ACTIVE on the site. If there's a scene you can't find, please click on MODELS and search by model, as some scenes are hidden from the main page. Before you sign up, you have access to the tour, which shows you the scenes on the site. If you don't see a particular scene, it's probably not here. Due to the cost of server space, we use a content rotation system, which means that once in a while some scenes will be temporarily unavailable. If you have favorite scenes, download them. See CONTENT ROTATION section for more details. OLD CONTENT: We have chosen to exclude some old content from this site, including much of our tabo.o fetish content. Please do not sign up expecting all of our old content to appear for you even though it's not on the tour. LADY FYRE: You will gain access to all of Lady Fyre's clips currently on the site, which can be previewed on the tour. This includes XXX scenes that Lady Fyre is in, as well as femdom and fetish clips currently available on the site. You can stream or download. Membership does not guarantee future uploads. That is, Lady Fyre does not guarantee a minimum amount of uploads each month. As with many member sites, we like to cycle older scenes into rotation to bring attention to content that folks might have missed the first time around. “Seasonal” or “holiday” content is also in rotation. While we do allow streaming & downloads on all ACTIVE scenes, we recommend that you download your favorite scenes, as they may eventually move into the content rotation schedule & thus be unavailable for streaming & download for a period of time. If you're a member for a few months, chances are that you will have access to all scenes, in rotation, during that time. But if you only sign up for one month, you might miss some scenes. This impacts only a handful of scenes at a time out of the hundreds which are available. You can clearly see what's available and what's not BEFORE you sign up for a membership. We've found that Content Rotation typically isn't an issue for folks unless you're trying to scrape the site (download every scene), which we discourage. Since the content rotation schedule is set months in advance, we will not be pushing content out upon member request, nor will we answer questions about exactly when a scene will become available again. If it is a favorite, you may purchase it individually at any time or wait until it becomes available again and download it. In the rare case that you cannot even purchase a scene (it's not showing up in the VOD section and there's no price listed, please send us a message and we will fix that.) Since content rotation is explained here in the FAQs, we will no longer be responding to messages regarding content rotation except possibly to refer you to this section.   • Good news! If you're a member of House of Fyre, all of Lady Fyre's solo clips which are currently listed on the site are included in your membership. You can access them by clicking Categories, then choosing the category "Lady Fyre Clips". (https://www.houseofyre.com/access/categories/lady-fyre-clips.html). If the clips aren't currently listed, that means they're not available. These clips are only available to members of House of Fyre. You may not purchase them individually from House of Fyre. There is no limit to the amount of scenes a HUMAN can download during a one-month member; however, if you're abusing the system, you will be blocked. We will not go into specifics about the limits, but I promise that if you're using this website in a fair and reasonable manner, it will not be a problem for you. You may not use any kind of program to download scenes and will be booted from the site for attempting to do so. Some browser extensions will be seen as a threat by the site's system, so if you're booted from the site and are using a browser extension to download, turn off the extension and try downloading like normal. If you are booted multiple times and continue to attempt using a program to download, you will be blocked. If you are using a mobile device, you should download the 480p version. We do not recommend attempting to download any resolution higher than 480p on a mobile device.

We will not follow up on your model suggestions to tell you if we are or are not going to hire a specific model. If you are not currently a member, scene suggestions will be ignored.   • WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. We have now uploaded most of the older scenes which are allowed on this site. Banks and credit card processors are more lenient with clip sites in general, so while you might be used to seeing certain types of "risky" content from us, those scenes are available only on the clip site... until they're not allowed there anymore. We apologize, but this is completely out of our control. Please do not sign up expecting all of our old content to magically appear for you even though it's not on the tour. (Note that the dates on each scene are not necessarily original release dates. Scenes originally released in 2016 & 2017 might show a date of 2018 or 2019. If you can't find a particular scene, try searching by Model.)

We appreciate our fans, but we will only consider requests from current paying members. Your loyalty as a member shows us that a paying customer would actually enjoying seeing this model. We will check out any model who you suggest, but we cannot promise that we will hire her. Sometimes models & studios just aren't a good fit. Please check the options available before making a purchase.
